Andrew de Mello, is the owner of "De Mello's Restaurant & Bistrot," a restaurant inside the 'Portuguese Square,' that at night becomes a bar. Andrew was a country music star for years, touring the country with two bands between the eighties and nineties, first The Wheelers, then The Southern Reyn.
