Rights granted

• Royalty-free use in editorial contexts: news, opinion, documentary, and other non-commercial publications
• Valid for one year from the date of purchase
• In one publication, which you name at purchase and which is recorded on your licence
• A publication is a single title that you name at purchase, such as one newspaper, magazine, website, blog or social media account. Other titles of the same publisher are separate publications
• Within that publication, use in its own print and digital editions, including its website and apps, and in its own social media accounts and newsletters when they carry the article that uses the file
• Non-exclusive: others may license the same file
• Worldwide territory
• Reproduction at any size within that publication

Term length

One year from the date of purchase. Articles published during that year may stay in the publication's own archive after it ends. No new use of the file is allowed after the year.

Restrictions

• No use in advertising, marketing, or product endorsement
• No use suggesting endorsement by depicted persons or entities
• No resale or sublicensing of the original file
• Credit required: "{Creator} / Frontfiles"
• Use in any other publication, including a sister title or through syndication, is not covered by this licence.
